I discovered Scooby last year when I was searching YouTube for videos on exercise form. I was getting back into strength training and wanted to do it right and prevent injury. I stumbled on this rotisserie core exercise and started doing it. I have a bad back, but something wonderful happened. The more I did it, the stronger I got and the less my back bothered me. Take a look.
I really like this guy and he has a lot of videos. So play like a chicken and rotisserie yourself. (That doesn’t quite work as a verb, does it?) It ain’t easy, but do what you can and keep at it. Watch yourself get stronger. It’s an amazing feeling.
