Last Saturday, Affairs of the Home had an affair of the heart. I smile every time I think this. I was invited to sign books at the store’s grand opening in Gulf Breeze, Florida (across from the Zoo). The only problem was that all I wanted to do was shop.
I loved meeting new people, including an aspiring young writer and the county’s library director. I also got to see some familiar faces of people I’ve been missing since I moved away from the panhandle.
And the shopping? Oh yeah. I came home with this little treasure.
